TMI has standardized on MS Project as its management software. At the beginning of your project, we work with you to determine the baseline schedule. As the project continues, customers are given updates on an agreed to interval. |

Each machine is given a traveling book for documentation including build documentation, job documentation, and test results. This ensures that what is promised gets done and is done right. Ultimately, the customer receives a copy of this book at delivery with TMI maintaining a copy for future reference. |
